These terms apply to this website and the naild. waitlist only. By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Pre-launch status
naild. is currently in development. This website is informational: it describes what we're building and lets you join a waitlist. No products are offered for sale here, no artist storefronts are open, and no transactions are processed.
Separate marketplace terms — including buyer terms, an artist/seller agreement, fees, shipping, returns, and dispute handling — will be published and must be accepted before anyone can buy or sell on naild.
No guarantee of launch or access
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the platform, acceptance as an artist, any particular feature, pricing, or a launch date. Plans described on this site are current intentions and may change or be abandoned.
Using the website
You may browse the site and join the waitlist for your own personal use. You agree not to misuse the site — for example by submitting false or someone else's email address, attempting to access data you're not authorized to see, scraping the site, interfering with its operation, or using it for anything unlawful.
Intellectual property and brand
The naild. name, logo, wordmark, site design, text, layout, and other content on this site are owned by [NAILD LEGAL ENTITY NAME] or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission, except for ordinary personal viewing and sharing of links.
Nail artwork and photography shown on this site remains the property of the artists and photographers who created it and is used with their permission.
Information you submit
You're responsible for the accuracy of what you submit, and you confirm you're entitled to use the email address you provide. Personal information you submit is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without obligation or compensation to you.
Accuracy of information
We try to keep the site accurate and current, but content is provided on an "as is" basis for general information. Descriptions of planned features are not promises, and we may correct or update content at any time without notice.
Third-party links and services
The site links to third-party services such as Instagram, and relies on third-party hosting and email providers. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Their own terms apply when you use them.
Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, interrupt, or discontinue the site or the waitlist — in whole or in part — at any time, without notice. We don't guarantee that the site will always be available or error-free. We may also update these terms; continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, naild. and its operators, founders, and contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this pre-launch website, including loss of data, loss of opportunity, or reliance on any information or timeline described here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING LAW / PROVINCE — e.g. British Columbia, Canada], and the courts located there will have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any consumer protection rights you have where you live.
